ABOUT ME
In many ways, I'm currently doing my dream job: telling stories, making art, and talking to interesting people about our even more interesting universe.
Though my life is now in Brooklyn, I carry my home state of Massachusetts in my heart every time I drink iced coffee in the snow or complain about people's driving. After graduating from Tufts University in 2019 with a degree in Biochemistry and spending a few years in science communication, I came to NYC to study journalism, where I developed a passion for multimedia storytelling. For the past five years, I have worked as a producer for Big Picture Science radio show & podcast and as a science journalist. As someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same, I've held a multitude of other positions, including as a barista, a communications associate for my childhood science museum, and an event supervisor for a historic arts venue.
I'm an artist who just can't seem to decide on a single medium. In my free time, I enjoy performing, playing tabletop roleplaying games, and struggling through new hobbies (most recently, ceramics). I'm always searching for new creative projects to sink my teeth into and a fresh comic book to read!
